What is letterpress printing?
Letterpress printing is created on a vintage press (mine is from 1900). Thick, cotton paper is printed by being pressed against a raised, inked surface. I use either metal type, wood, or polymer plates designed on a computer.
What kind of printing do you do?
I create cards and prints that send a message, that mean something to me. I occasionally do custom work– a favorite quote for a print or a card. And, if you are nice, I might make business cards for you! I tend to work in small batches and one-offs– please, no large orders.
How much does letterpress printing cost?
My cards cost $5 each or 5 for $20. Custom notecards are 20 for $40. Business cards cost $1 each with a minimum of 50 (max 75). Coasters cost $1 each (custom coasters are $1.25 with a minimum of 25 maximum of 75)
